研究领域与兴趣:
1.核酸损伤和修复(Nucleic Acid Damage and Repair)

核酸是细胞生命活动最重要的遗传物质,其分子结构完整性和稳定性的保持对于细胞正常的生存、生长、繁殖等都具有十分重要的意义。然而各种物理的、化学的、以及生物体内部的因素都经常会导致核酸分子的损伤。核酸损伤与基因突变、细胞寿命、衰老、肿瘤发生等都有密切的关系。质谱技术的快速发展使其成为分析、鉴定核酸、蛋白质、多肽、细胞因子等生物大分子的重要手段。利用不断成熟的质谱分析技术以及相关的生物学手段,对细胞内核酸损伤的复制、转录、修复机制的深入研究有助于人们进一步认识各种疾病、衰老以及肿瘤的本质,为疾病的防治以及新药的开发提供实验和理论基础。

2.DNA甲基化(DNA methylation)

DNA甲基化不仅在基因表达、调控等方面有重要作用,而且在肿瘤、免疫等许多疾病的发生和防治中亦具有十分重要生物学功能。本实验室通过各种分析化学的手段,对DNA甲基化的和去甲基化的作用机制进行探索。

3.药物蛋白质组学(Pharmacoproteomics)

利用质谱技术联合蛋白质组学多角度、深层次探索药物的作用机制、药物毒理。
